Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Service Now ITSM Developer to design, develop, configure, and support enterprise Service Now solutions focused on IT Service Management (ITSM). The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in core ITSM modules, Java Script scripting, integrations, workflow automation, and ITIL-based service management processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and customize Service Now ITSM applications based on business requirements.
- Configure and enhance core ITSM modules:
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management
- Request Management
- Service Catalog
- Knowledge Management

- Develop and maintain:

- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- Script Includes
- UI Policies
- UI Actions
- ACLs
- Scheduled Jobs

- Build and automate workflows using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Catalog.
- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with third-party applications.
- Configure CMDB and support CSDM best practices.
- Develop Record Producers, Catalog Items, and approval workflows.




- Perform unit testing, support UAT, deployment activities, and production releases.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation and participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of Service Now Development experience.
- Solid experience with:
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management
- Request Management
- Service Catalog
- Knowledge Management

- Proficiency in:

- Java Script
- Glide API
- HTML/CSS
- Jelly (preferred)
- XML/JSON

- Hands-on experience with:

- Flow Designer
- Integration Hub
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- Script Includes
- UI Policies
- UI Actions
- ACLs

- Experience building REST and SOAP integrations.
- Knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, and MID Server.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
