Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled SCOM Engineer with 4–6 years of experience to manage, monitor, and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure using System Center Operations Manager (SCOM). The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in EUC tools and hands-on experience in monitoring tools and alert management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and maintain SCOM (System Center Operations Manager) infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and health across enterprise environments.
- Configure alerts, dashboards, and reports based on business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to monitoring tools and infrastructure.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and performance.




- Implement best practices for monitoring and alert tuning to reduce false positives.
- Manage SCOM agents, management packs, and integrations.
- Provide documentation and support for monitoring processes and tools.

Essential Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with SCOM
- Knowledge of EUCS_TOOLS_SCOM
- Experience in infrastructure monitoring and alert management
- Understanding of Windows Server environments and enterprise systems
- Basic scripting knowledge (Power Shell preferred)
