Service Now Platform Architect
Description
A Service Now Platform Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and governing the overall architecture of the Service Now platform. They ensure scalability, performance, and alignment with business requirements while guiding development teams on best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end Service Now architecture
- Define platform standards, governance, and best practices
- Lead implementation of modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)
- Ensure integration with external systems
- Optimize performance, security, and scalability
- Mentor developers and technical teams
Key Skills
- Solid expertise in Service Now platform and modules
- Architecture design & system integration
- Scripting (Java Script, Glide API)
- Cloud and enterprise architecture knowledge
