Job Description-

We are looking for a skilled Service Now FSM (Field Service Management) Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Service Now development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Service Now FSM or be a strong Service Now developer with excellent scripting, integrations, and ITSM implementation experience.

Required Skills:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Service Now development.
- Strong experience in Service Now Field Service Management (FSM).
- Candidates with strong Service Now development experience and exposure to FSM are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent knowledge of Java Script, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
- Hands-on experience with Service Now Integrations (REST, SOAP, Integration Hub).




- Strong understanding of ITSM modules and Service Now platform capabilities.
- Experience in Flow Designer, Workflows, Service Catalog, and Notifications.
- Valuable understanding of Service Now data model, CMDB, and platform best practices.
- Experience in customizing and configuring Service Now applications while following development standards.
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Service Now solutions.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Service Now CSA/CAD certification is preferred.
- Exposure to additional Service Now modules such as CSM, ITOM, or SPM is an added advantage.
