Experience: 8-10+ Years
Lead Software Engineer to provide technical leadership for Fluent Commerce OMS implementations. The role will drive end-to-end orchestration design, architecture decisions, delivery excellence, and engineering best practices across order management, inventory, and fulfilment domains.

Fluent Commerce Solution Leadership
Own end-to-end Fluent Commerce orchestration design and implementation.
Architect and optimize complex workflows, rulesets, and business processes.
Lead cross-domain OMS capabilities covering orders, inventory, fulfilment, and integrations.
Drive platform scalability, resiliency, and performance improvements.
Provide technical guidance on Fluent Commerce best practices and solution patterns.
Delivery Leadership
Own squad-level delivery commitments and engineering outcomes.
Manage technical dependencies, risks, and delivery plans.
Drive predictable, high-quality software delivery across multiple initiatives.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects,



and Engineering Leadership to align priorities.
Support release planning, production readiness, and operational excellence.
System Design & Architecture
Own Low-Level Design and contribute significantly to High-Level Design decisions.
Define event-driven interactions, integration patterns, and domain workflows.
Design scalable, resilient OMS solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Lead technical evaluations, solution reviews, and architectural governance.
Establish integration standards and technology roadmaps for OMS solutions.
Technical Leadership
Provide technical direction and guidance for the engineering squad.
Establish and enforce engineering standards, coding practices, and design principles.
Mentor Senior Engineers and foster technical excellence within the team.
Lead code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture reviews.
Influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive strategic technology decisions.
