We have an urgent requirement for a Senior Service Now Developer (IRM + CSM). Please find the requirement details below:
Role: Senior Service Now Developer IRM + CSM
Experience: 5+ Years

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of hands-on Service Now development experience.
- Robust expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC).
- Experience in Service Now configuration, customization, scripting, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
- Hands-on experience with Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and third-party integrations.
- Good knowledge of App Engine Studio, Update Sets, Application Scoping, and Service Now best practices.
- Experience in Catalog Development, Notifications, Reports,



Dashboards, and Performance Optimization.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Certifications:

- CSA
- CAD
- CIS-CSM (Preferred)
- CIS-Risk & Compliance (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement scalable Service Now solutions in CSM and IRM.
- Customize applications based on business requirements while adhering to Service Now best practices.
- Build and maintain integrations with enterprise applications.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployments, and production support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
