Qualifications:

- Experience: 2 4 years of experience in Procurement Operations, Sourcing Support, or a similar administrative/systems role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba (Sourcing & Buying) and SAP ERP is highly preferred. Strong Microsoft Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables) are essential.
- Analytical Ability: Strong ability to organize and "translate" technical system data into transparent, actionable formats for business users.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on pending items without constant supervision.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to work with cross-functional partners, specifically bridging the gap between Legal (risk/compliance) and Procurement (operational speed).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Law, or a related field.
- Mindset: A detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks with high accuracy and a strong sense of ownership.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Portuguese, Spanish, French or Germany is a plus.
