Senior Consultant (6 10 Years Experience)

Lead the development and architecture of complex applications or features.

Make key technical decisions, select frameworks, and recommend stack improvements.

Oversee end-to-end delivery and ensure quality/compliance with standards.

Coordinate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and propose technical solutions.

Mentor junior team members and foster skill development.

Technical Skills: Python, SQL, AI/Generative AI (Claude/GPT), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LLM, Vector Databases, Lang Chain/Llama Index, ReactJS, Node.js, Express.js.

Note: "Hands-on experience deploying LLM-based features to production, not limited to prototyping or experimentation."

Nice to have: MongoDB, Pandas, Snowflake, AI coding-assist tool experience (Git Hub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar)

Education: BE/B. Tech/MCA/M. Sc (CS or related).
