Job: Service Now + Strong scripting+ integration
Location: Pan India Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize Service Now applications/modules including ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, Asset Management, and Service Portal.
- Build and maintain complex client scripts, business rules, UI policies, Script Includes, Flow Designer flows, and integrations.
- Develop reusable server-side and client-side scripting solutions using Java Script and Glide APIs.
- Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations between Service Now and third-party systems.
- Work on Integration Hub, MID Server, web services, and API-based integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and solution design.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize performance, and ensure best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, deployments, testing, and documentation activities.
- Support Service Now upgrades, patching, and enhancement initiatives.





Required Skills

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Service Now Development.
- Strong expertise in Java Script, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, and Client Scripts.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
- Experience integrating Service Now with external applications such as SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Azure AD, Jira, etc.
- Valuable understanding of Service Now data model, CMDB, workflows, and Flow Designer.
- Experience with Service Portal or UI Builder is preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Additional certifications in ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or Integration Hub are a plus.
