Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory Skills:
Manual Testing, Functional Testing, Automation Selenium with Java, GIT, API Testing, Azure/Cloud, Writing SQL Queries, Database Testing, ISTQB Certification, Basics in JMeter Performance Testing.
Technical Expertise
- 9+ years of QA/Testing experience with a strong automation background.
- Proficiency in at least two programming languages: Java / Python / Java Script.
- Deep understanding of:
- SDLC, STLC, Agile, Dev Ops practices
- Test architecture and framework design
- Continuous testing and shift-left methodologies
- Strong experience in:
- UI automation
- API automation
- Backend and database testing
- CI/CD tools
- Version control (Git)
Leadership & Communication
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (PMs, Developers, Architects).
- Ability to lead distributed QA teams and manage large-scale enterprise projects.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
Positive-to-Have Skills
- Experience with cloud technologies: AWS / Azure / GCP.
- Knowledge of container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of AI/ML testing concepts.
- Exposure to robotics process automation (RPA) tools.
Experience implementing test coverage and code quality tools (Sonar Qube, Allure Reports).
