We are seeking an experienced SAP Supply Chain Project Manager to lead large-scale SAP Supply Chain transformation and implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge across SAP Supply Chain modules along with proven project management experience managing cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-to-end SAP implementations.

The candidate should possess excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP Supply Chain implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement projects.
- Manage project planning, scope, timelines, budget, risks, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define project deliverables.
- Work closely with SAP functional consultants, technical teams, integration teams, and third-party vendors.
- Drive workshops, solution discussions, design reviews, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and client stakeholders.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Ensure adherence to SAP implementation methodologies (Activate/ASAP) and PMO standards.
- Support business process improvements across Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Logistics.
- Lead UAT, cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-production support.
- Mentor project team members and ensure effective collaboration across global teams.

Required Skills




- 10+ years of overall SAP experience with 5+ years managing SAP Supply Chain projects.
- Strong experience managing SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
- Functional knowledge of one or more SAP Supply Chain modules:
- SAP MM (Materials Management)
- SAP WM/EWM (Warehouse Management / Extended Warehouse Management)
- SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
- SAP PP (Production Planning)
- SAP TM (Transportation Management)
- SAP IBP/APO (Integrated Business Planning / Advanced Planning & Optimization)

- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Solid stakeholder management and client communication skills.
- Experience managing distributed/global delivery teams.
- Expertise in project planning tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure Dev Ops, or similar.
- Strong risk management, budgeting, and governance experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
- SAP Activate Project Manager certification.
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail, Consumer Goods, or Pharma industries.
- Exposure to SAP Ariba, SAP GTS, or SAP Digital Supply Chain solutions is a plus.

Required Experience
- 10 15+ years of SAP experience.
- 5+ years as SAP Project Manager.
- Multiple end-to-end SAP implementation or rollout projects.
- Experience working with global clients and offshore/onsite delivery models.
