Job Title: Laravel Full Stack Developer Senior Software Engineer (SSE)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Laravel Full Stack Developer (SSE) to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Laravel, frontend technologies, and architecting scalable, high-performance applications. You will play a key role in technical design, performance optimization, and mentoring junior developers while collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Laravel

Architect and implement high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services

Lead frontend development using modern frameworks (React / Angular / Vue.js)

Drive scalability, performance tuning, and optimization initiatives

Conduct architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions

Perform code reviews and enforce engineering best practices

Identify and resolve production performance bottlenecks

Ensure security, reliability, and maintainability of applications

Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance

Participate actively in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimations

Must Have Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

5 7 years of experience in full stack development

Solid hands-on expertise in Laravel framework

Advanced knowledge of PHP, OOP principles, and design patterns

Strong experience with HTML, CSS, Java Script, Node.js

Strong understanding of MVC architecture and system design principles





Expertise in MySQL / PostgreSQL with query optimization and indexing strategies

Proven experience in scalability design and performance optimization (caching strategies, load handling, DB tuning, code profiling)

Strong experience in building and optimizing REST APIs

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Hands-on experience with Docker, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines

Knowledge of automated testing frameworks (PHPUnit, Jest, etc.)

Experience handling production issues and root cause analysis

Version control using Git

Knowledge of application security best practices (OWASP)

Hands-on experience with at least one frontend framework (React / Angular / Vue.js)

Exposure to microservices architecture

Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ / Kafka)

Experience with Redis / Memcached / caching mechanisms
