Position: Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Expert / Lead
Location: Bengaluru, India
Please note that Real Estate domain experience is mandatory. Candidates without hands-on experience in the Real Estate domain will not be considered for this role.
Key Requirements:
- 5–8 years of relevant experience
- Robust expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform (Functional)
- Hands-on experience with Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Project Operations
- Experience in building at least one AI use case
- Strong domain expertise in Real Estate (Leasing & Sales) (Mandatory) and Professional Services
- Experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, solution design, UAT, and user training
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective CRM solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
