Role Overview

As an Assistant Manager - Retention Marketing, you will own and optimise user communication journeys across 2.5Mn+ monthly active users. You’ll work closely with growth, product, analytics, and data science teams to drive retention, engagement, and conversion outcomes through data-led, multi-channel CRM strategies.

What You’ll Do:

Own end-to-end CRM journeys across the customer lifecycle, including retention and cross-sell/upsell use cases.

Execute and optimize campaigns across In-App, Push, Web Push, Email, SMS, RCS, IVR, Bots, and Whats App.

Partner with cross-functional teams (growth, brand, design, analytics, product, tech, data science) to deliver seamless and timely campaigns.

Improve product funnels by analyzing channel metrics, experimenting with journeys, and implementing optimizations.





Translate performance insights into actionable improvements and share learnings with stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in CRM or retention marketing. Experience working on large-scale platforms (2.5Mn+ MAUs).

Hands-on experience with tools like MoEngage, Clever Tap, Web Engage, or similar.

Strong understanding of channel metrics, automation nuances, and execution best practices.

Detail-oriented, cooperative, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
