Job Title: Service Now HRSD Developer
Location: Remote / Hybrid

Job Description

- Design, develop, configure, and customize Service Now HRSD applications.
- Implement and enhance HR Case Management, Employee Center (ESC), Lifecycle Events, HR Catalogs, and Knowledge Management.
- Develop and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Flows, Workflows, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs, and UI Actions.
- Build automation using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Notifications.
- Configure HR Agent Workspace and Employee Center Portal.
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, LDAP, Azure AD, Workday, Success Factors, or other HR systems.
- Create reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics for HR operations.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders, business analysts, architects, and QA teams.




- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure platform security, governance, and adherence to Service Now best practices.

Preferred Skills

- Experience integrating Service Now with Workday, SAP Success Factors, Oracle HCM, or Azure AD.
- Knowledge of Employee Document Management.
- Experience with ATF (Automated Test Framework).
- Familiarity with ITSM modules.
- Experience with Service Now Upgrade and Release Management.
- Exposure to Performance Analytics and Reporting.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Preferred.
- Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Preferred.
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD (Highly Preferred).
