Job Title: Senior Service Now ITOM Developer
Location: PAN India
Experience: 6–10+ Years
Pay Rate: 20 LPA to 22 LPA

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Now ITOM Developer to design, develop, and implement Service Now IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and integrations, along with hands-on experience in implementing enterprise-scale Service Now solutions.

Mandatory Certifications:

- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITOM

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement Service Now ITOM solutions including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
- Configure and customize Service Now applications, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations.
- Implement and maintain CMDB governance and data quality standards.
- Develop and optimize Discovery patterns, probes, and sensors.
- Configure Event Management and integrate monitoring tools with Service Now.




- Create and maintain technical documentation and solution designs.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, operations, and application teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Service Now platform issues.
- Participate in platform upgrades, enhancements, and performance optimization initiatives.
- Follow Service Now development best practices and governance standards.

Required Skills:
Strong experience with Service Now ITOM modules:

- Discovery
- Service Mapping
- Event Management
- CMDB
- Cloud Discovery (preferred)
- Proficiency in Java Script, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of AIOps and Observability solutions.
- Additional Service Now certifications are a plus.
