What would you do? The role requires a professional who can step in when first-line support teams need guidance on complex or non-standard flex employee cases. The Flex Coordinator combines policy expertise, process discipline and pragmatic stakeholder management to resolve escalations accurately and prevent repeat issues.

This encompasses various aspects, including employee support, advantages administration, onboarding, payroll, and other HR related functions
What are we looking for? Act as second-line HR support when first-line colleagues, including the India support team, cannot resolve a case.



The position focuses on complex contingent worker matters where a solid understanding of flex policies, exception processes and HR procedures is essential.

Accuracy, compliance awareness and confident judgement are key to delivering reliable service.

Resolve escalated and non-standard HR queries for flex employees. Apply policy correctly, conduct compliance checks and ensure process adherence across all case work. Engage with HR, procurement, business leaders, suppliers and internal teams.

Identify root causes and propose improvements that reduce recurring issues and improve service quality.

Strong communicator and team player with proven stakeholder management skills. Able to manage expectations, set boundaries and say no when needed, while knowing when an exception is justified. Service-minded, proactive, decisive, organized and detail-oriented.

Fluent English is required; Dutch is not required.
