customers. Job Overview: We are currently seeking a highly

motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a
Passenger Service Executive / Airport Ground Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service
to our passengers at the airport. You will also assist in various
airport operations to ensure a smooth and efficient travel

experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and

assist passengers at the airport check-in counter, boarding gate, and arrival hall. - Check passengers' tickets, passports, and other
travel documents. - Handle and resolve any customer inquiries or
issues in a professional and timely manner. - Assist passengers
with baggage check-in and retrieval. - Coordinate with other
airport staff to ensure timely and efficient boarding and departure
of flights. - Monitor flight schedules and provide updates to
passengers as needed. - Ensure compliance with all safety and
security regulations at the airport.



- Handle any special requests
or accommodations for passengers, such as wheelchair assistance or
special meals. - Assist in the loading and unloading of baggage and
cargo onto aircraft. - Maintain a clean and organized work area at

all times. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. -

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is
preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -
Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment. - Strong
problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Must be able to work
flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. - Must be

physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage when necessary. -
