? Experience: 3–6 Years

? Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

? Key Responsibilities

Develop accurate 3D BIM models for high-rise residential building

projects using Revit.

Prepare detailed structural and architectural drawings based on

project requirements.

Coordinate with Structural Design, MEP, and Architecture teams to

ensure clash-free models.

Generate shop drawings, GA drawings, schedules, and construction

documentation.

Maintain BIM standards, model quality, and project documentation.

Update models based on design revisions and site feedback.





Support project coordination and timely delivery of BIM deliverables.

? Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Mandatory)

Experience in High-Rise Residential Building Modelling

BIM Modelling and Documentation

Structural Detailing

Drawing Coordination

Shop Drawings & GA Drawings

AutoCAD

Positive understanding of RCC building drawings

Excellent coordination and communication skills

✅ Preferred Experience

Experience in residential high-rise building projects.

Ability to work in a collaborative BIM environment.

Knowledge of BIM standards and project coordination.
