As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. This role requires defining solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability.

The Technology Architect collaborates closely with various stakeholders to ensure that architectural designs align with business goals and technical requirements, while continuously evaluating emerging technologies to enhance system robustness and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align architecture with organizational objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and technical expertise.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance solutions within Salesforce environments.
- Robust knowledge of integration patterns and data migration strategies in Salesforce.
- Ability to develop and enforce architectural standards and governance.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and platform-as-a-service models related to Salesforce.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ office.
