Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Prospecting

Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.

Build and maintain a database of qualified prospects.

- Client Relationship Management

Connect with potential clients through email, calls, Linked In, networking, and other outreach channels.

Build strong relationships, understand client requirements, and pitch the agency's services effectively.

- Proposal Development

Work with internal teams to create customized proposals and presentations for prospective clients.

- Market Research

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and current business opportunities.

- Cross-functional Collaboration

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and successful client onboarding.

Share client feedback and market insights to improve services and business strategies.





- Performance & Business Growth

Track and report lead generation, sales performance, and revenue progress.

Continuously refine outreach, pitching strategies, and proposals to improve conversion rates.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.

Use outbound sales techniques and business development tools (CRM platforms, Linked In Sales Navigator, Apollo, Canva, etc.) to generate leads and manage the sales pipeline.
