Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field .
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.

Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and hardware components.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Manage user accounts, permissions,



and access controls to ensure data security.
- Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery plans to safeguard critical data.
- Maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and routers.
- Apply security patches and updates promptly to protect systems from vulnerabilities.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and changes for compliance and knowledge sharing.
- Provide technical support and guidance to staff and stakeholders as needed.
- Handle Wi-Fi-related user connectivity issues within defined SLA
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency.
