- Design and develop reliable, valid, and bias-free test items across cognitive, behavioral, and domain-specific dimensions
- Review and refine existing item banks for psychometric quality and alignment with test blueprints
- Conduct item and test-level statistical analyses, including difficulty index, discrimination index, reliability (Cronbach's alpha), and validity studies
- Establish and monitor psychometric properties of tests through pilot testing and data analysis
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, content developers, and data teams to ensure content accuracy and psychometric soundness
- Generate technical documentation and psychometric reports to support assessment deployments
- Ensure assessments meet standards for fairness, accessibility, and legal defensibility
- Use statistical tools (preferably SPSS)
for item analysis and psychometric modeling (e.g., Classical Test Theory, Item Response Theory)
- Familiarity with international testing standards (e.g., APA, AERA, NCME guidelines)
