Job Description
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Operations to join our cancer care center. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our daily operations — coordinating across clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure smooth patient care, operational efficiency, and an excellent patient experience.
Role Summary You'll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day functioning of the center — managing patient flow, monitoring operational processes, ensuring service quality, maintaining records, resolving daily issues, and driving initiatives that improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations Management
Ensure smooth functioning of OPD, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, pharmacy, diagnostics, and billing; coordinate across doctors, nursing, pharmacy, and reception; ensure SOP adherence.
- Patient Flow Management
Monitor patient movement, reduce waiting times, coordinate scheduling and treatment planning, and ensure timely admissions/discharges.
- Department Coordination
Act as the single point of contact between departments; resolve issues in real time; liaise with vendors as needed.
- Patient Service Excellence
Address patient concerns promptly, support complaint resolution, and champion a courteous, qualified patient experience.
- Prescription & Revenue Support
Coordinate with pharmacy/clinical teams to improve prescription-to-order conversion, follow up on pending prescriptions, and support pharmacy revenue initiatives.
- MIS & Reporting
Maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS, track operational KPIs, and report on patient volumes and departmental performance.
- Process Improvement
Identify bottlenecks, recommend workflow improvements, and support quality/process initiatives.
Skills Required
- Technical: MS Excel, Google Sheets, MS Office, HIS knowledge (preferred), MIS reporting
- Soft Skills: Communication, coordination, problem-solving, time management, teamwork, multitasking
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Hospital Administration/Operations preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in hospital operations, healthcare, or clinic management
