Role Overview:

As a Cloud Engineer, you will tackle complex challenges in large-scale computing, working with enterprise applications and cloud infrastructure. You will provide critical Level 2 incident management support, automate operations, optimize processes, and ensure stability and scalability of customer-facing web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide Level 2 incident management support for enterprise and customer-facing web applications, ensuring business service levels are met.
- Take ownership of critical issues, coordinate with other IT support teams, and drive timely resolution.
- Automate manual enterprise operations tasks and optimize business processes to reduce workloads and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain operational readiness of enterprise applications, including hosted applications, with 24/7 support as needed.




- Support enterprise growth and ensure stability through maintenance, enhancements, and upgrades of various enterprise applications.
- Design, develop, refactor, optimize, and enhance web application software using Java and other open-source technologies.
- Work with open-source tools, create APIs, implement rich dashboards, and set up proactive monitoring systems.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth operations and communication.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and automation tools.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues.
- Familiarity with web application development using Java and open-source technologies.
- Good communication and team-working skills.
