are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Boarding Gate
Executive to join our team at the Bhopal airport. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and timely
boarding of passengers, as well as providing excellent customer

service to all passengers. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist

passengers at the boarding gate, ensuring a smooth and efficient
boarding process - Check and verify passengers' boarding passes and
travel documents - Assist passengers with any special needs or
requests, such as wheelchair assistance or special meals -
Communicate flight information and updates to passengers in a clear
and professional manner - Coordinate with other airport staff and
airline representatives to ensure a seamless boarding process -
Handle any issues or complaints from passengers, and escalate to




the appropriate department if necessary - Maintain a safe and
secure boarding area, following all airport security protocols -
Handle cash transactions for excess baggage fees or other services, and maintain accurate records - Provide excellent customer service
to all passengers, addressing any questions or concerns they may
have - Assist with any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

or manager. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent -

Previous experience in customer service or airport operations is
preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong
problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to handle
multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Must be able to work
flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Proficiency in
