Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education

Summary:

As a Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of Security Services projects by coordinating with global teams and utilizing established methodologies, tools, and training resources. This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations, and facilitating collaboration across diverse teams to achieve project goals efficiently and effectively.

The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with stakeholders to maintain high standards of service delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from the plan.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to report on project status and risks.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud GRC Configuration Controls, Oracle Advanced Access Controls.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Advanced Financial Controls, Oracle Advanced HCM Controls.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks and compliance requirements related to cloud governance.
- Ability to configure and manage access controls within Oracle Cloud environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving configuration issues in security control systems.
- Familiarity with risk management processes and control testing methodologies.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud GRC Configuration Controls.
- This position is based at our INDC1A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
