Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Service Now HRSD Senior/Lead Developer to design, develop, and implement HR Service Delivery solutions. The role involves working closely with HR stakeholders, leading implementations, and delivering scalable HR workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement Service Now HRSD solutions (Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Employee Center)
- Configure workflows, Flow Designer, UI Policies, Business Rules
- Develop and manage integrations using REST/SOAP, Integration Hub
- Customize Employee Center / Service Portal
- Ensure data security using COE and HR-specific ACLs




- Collaborate with HR stakeholders for requirements gathering
- Lead module implementations and mentor junior developers (for Lead role)
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance

Required Skills

- Knowledge of ITSM (good to have)
- Strong experience in Service Now HRSD module
- Hands-on with Flow Designer, Script Includes, Client Scripts
- Experience in Employee Center / Service Portal
- Integration experience (REST, SOAP, APIs)
