Job Role: Service Now SecOPs Developer
Type: Hybrid/ Remote

Job Description

- Work with process owners to understand the process requirements related to the capture of configuration data and develop technical specifications and solutions
- Showcasing Service Now OOTB capabilities through demonstrations
- Provide visibility to the performance and issues across Service Now platform
- Work with SIEM platform SMEs to create and validate solutions
- Work with Stakeholders and understand the associated processes for implementation
- Review the data being populated into the CMDB and act as partial owner of the CMDB
- Does hands on development on the platform.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 6+ years' experience with Service Now
- Minimum of 4+ years' experience in Security Operations Area with exposure on Vulnerability Response and Threat intelligence
- Deep understanding of the configuration management database (CMDB), IT Service Management (ITSM)



processes and their value/relevance to Security solutions
- Good hands on Experience with integration with common SIEM tools and integrating Service Now Sec Ops with these tools (ex. Splunk, Qualys, Tenable etc.)
- Develop and modify Service Now workflows, flows, forms, lists, business rules, UI components, web services, tables, and menus.
- Expertise with scripting languages such as PERL, Java Script, Python, or Shell
- Web service proficiency (REST, SOAP) as well as XML and JSON knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to formulate and communicate highly technical and complex Security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and effective manner
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (Mandatory)
- Service Now Security Incident Response Implementation (Mandatory)
- Service Now Vulnerability Response Implementation (Preferable)
