Job Title: AI Business Analyst

Locations: Hyderabad, India | Hybrid

What You Will Get to Do:

- Map and evaluate operational workflows across internal business units to isolate high-value automation

- targets.

- Deconstruct manual desk procedures into explicit process maps, technical data flow diagrams, and decision

- matrices.

- Define strict business requirements, exception pathways, and validation rules for trade breaking, reconciliation,

- and reporting processes.

- Work closely with AI Engineers to verify that automated systems accurately apply business rules and logic.

- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), operational review cycles, and Human-In-The-Loop review

- interfaces.

- Calculate operational baselines and measure post-implementation efficiency gains to validate initial project

- business cases.

What You Will Bring:

- 5 – 8 years as a Business Analyst within Financial Operations, Fin Tech, or Enterprise Automation programs.





- Demonstrated skill in process modeling standards (BPMN, UML) and detailed functional specification writing.

- Solid working knowledge of core financial products, back-office processing workflows, and trade management lifecycles.

- Practical understanding of AI automation capabilities, data extraction limitations, and operational risk controls.

- Proficiency in SQL for independent database querying and operational data analysis.
