Key Responsibilities

- Develop high-quality photorealistic 3D visualizations for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
- Create detailed 3D models, renderings, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals.
- Work closely with the design team to translate concepts into compelling visual representations.
- Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and presentation decks.
- Ensure accurate lighting, textures, furniture selection, and detailing in every visualization.
- Coordinate with architects and interior designers throughout the design process.
- Incorporate client feedback and deliver projects within timelines.

Requirements





- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- 3–7 years of experience in architectural visualization or luxury interior projects.
- Strong expertise in:
- 3ds Max
- V-Ray / Corona Renderer
- Sketch Up
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is essential.
- Experience with Lumion, D5 Render, Enscape, or Revit is an added advantage.
- Robust portfolio showcasing premium or luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial projects.
- Excellent understanding of materials, lighting, composition, and luxury design aesthetics.
