Professional Experience

- 6–8 years of overall IT experience with exposure to software development, solution design, and implementation.
- Experience working in Telecom transformation programs and enterprise solution architecture initiatives.
- Prior experience in Solution Architecture, Functional Architecture, Technical Consulting, or similar roles.

Telecom Domain Expertise

- Strong understanding of Telecom BSS and OSS ecosystems.
- Experience with Lead-to-Cash (L2C) processes in B2C telecom environments.
- Valuable understanding of Voice, Broadband, and Digital Service offerings.
- Knowledge of telecom business processes, customer lifecycle management, order management, billing, and service fulfillment.

Technical Skills





- Experience designing enterprise application architectures and integration solutions.
- Understanding of API design, integration frameworks, and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, modern security practices, and enterprise architecture principles.
- Familiarity with data architecture and system integration patterns.
- Exposure to telecom architecture frameworks and industry standards.

Certifications (Preferred)

- TM Forum certifications.
- TOGAF certification.
- Telecom architecture or cloud architecture certifications.
