Service Now Senior Developer

- Experience: 8–12 Years
- Location: Hyderabad / Remote

Required Skills & Responsibilities:

- Solid Service Now Development experience with ITSM expertise, Change Management, CMDB, and Integrations
- Develop, configure, and customize Service Now by gathering requirements, preparing implementation plans, creating workflows, writing Java Script, customizing the UI, and managing groups & roles
- Manage Service Now instances (Development, Test, and Production), including upgrades and promotion of changes across environments
- Coordinate with other Service Now developers to establish development standards and deployment processes




- Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, email, and other relevant technologies
- Automate business processes using Service Now Orchestration and other relevant modules
- Manage ETL processes between Service Now and external systems
- Analyze business requirements and enhance system capabilities through workflow automation
- Proficient in Java Script and HTML
- Develop reports, dashboards, and views in Service Now
- Create and maintain APIs and data integration processes between Service Now and third-party services
