Job Title: Service Now Developer – Generative AI

Experience

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Service Now development.
- Experience with Service Now Generative AI capabilities is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize Service Now applications using App Engine Studio and Service Now Studio.
- Configure and maintain ITSM modules such as Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Catalog.
- Implement and customize Service Now Generative AI features (Now Assist, Virtual Agent AI, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, and GenAI integrations).
- Develop workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
- Build and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with third-party applications.
- Create client scripts, business rules, UI policies, script includes,



and catalog items.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain Service Now applications.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of Java Script, HTML, CSS, and Service Now scripting.
- Experience with ITSM, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Catalog.
- Understanding of Service Now Generative AI features (Now Assist, AI Search, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence).
- Experience integrating AI services such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, or other LLMs is an advantage.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and web services.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
