Service Now Lead Developer – Dev Ops Experience

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Now Lead Developer with strong Dev Ops experience to drive end-to-end development, automation, and deployment on the Service Now platform. The ideal candidate will lead technical initiatives, implement CI/CD pipelines, and ensure effective, reliable, and scalable delivery of Service Now solutions. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions on the Service Now platform
- Architect and implement CI/CD pipelines for Service Now using Dev Ops best practices
- Automate application deployment, testing, and release management processes
- Integrate Service Now with Dev Ops tools such as Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops, and Git
- Manage and optimize Update Sets, Source Control, and Service Now Dev Ops integrations
- Implement automated testing frameworks (ATF)



and ensure code quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Dev Ops, QA, and business stakeholders
- Perform code reviews and enforce development standards and governance
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and optimize system performance
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong hands-on experience in Service Now development and administration
- Expertise in Java Script, Glide API, and Service Now scripting
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation
- Hands-on experience with Dev Ops tools (Jenkins, Git, Azure Dev Ops, Bitbucket, etc.)
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and web services
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Dev Ops methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
