Job Summary

CADD Centre is seeking a passionate and technically skilled Mechanical Trainer to deliver high-quality training in Mechanical Design software to students, fresh graduates, and working professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise in CAD/CAM/CAE software, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring aspiring mechanical engineers.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical training sessions on Mechanical Design software.

- Train students on industry-standard CAD/CAM/CAE tools such as AutoCAD, Solid Works, CATIA, Creo, Siemens NX CAD, ANSYS, and related software.

- Explain engineering design concepts, drafting standards, and real-world industry applications.

- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and practical exercises.

- Guide students in project work, design assignments, and software implementation.

- Assess student performance through tests, practical evaluations, and assignments.

- Provide constructive feedback and mentor students to enhance their technical skills.

- Support students with resume building, interview preparation, and placement guidance.

- Maintain attendance records, training reports, and course documentation.





- Stay updated with the latest developments in Mechanical Design software and industry practices.

- Ensure a positive and engaging learning environment.

Required Skills
- Solid understanding of Mechanical Engineering and Design principles.

- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following software:

- AutoCAD

- Solid Works

- CATIA

- Creo Parametric

- Siemens NX CAD

- ANSYS

- Good knowledge of Engineering Drawing, GD&T;, and Design Standards.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.

- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

- Ability to conduct training sessions independently.

- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and product design is an added advantage.

Qualification
- BE/B. Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

- Certification in CAD/CAM/CAE software is preferred.

- Additional certifications in Mechanical Design or Simulation tools will be an advantage.

Experience
- 1 to 4 years of experience in Mechanical Design, CAD Training, Product Design, or related engineering roles.

- Prior experience as a Technical Trainer or Faculty is preferred but not mandatory.
