About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for technical and engineering positions and will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. This role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify top technical talent in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle for technical positions, including IT, AI, software development, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and engineering roles.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, job responsibilities, and desired candidate profiles.

- Source candidates through Linked In, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.





- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.

- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.

- Negotiate compensation within company guidelines and assist in closing candidates.

- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.

- Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and networking activities.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5 plus years of experience in technical recruitment.

- Experience hiring for software development, infrastructure, cloud, Dev Ops, networking, cybersecurity, AI/ML, or other technical roles.

- Strong understanding of technical terminology and technology stacks.

- Hands-on experience with Linked In Recruiter, job portals, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working in a fast-paced product, IT services, or technology startup environment.

- Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies.

- Familiarity with recruitment analytics and reporting.

- Experience with Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS platforms.

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
