The Key Relationship Manager is responsible for driving life insurance sales through assigned bank branches by building solid relationships with bank staff, identifying customer insurance needs, and achieving business targets. The role involves providing product training, joint customer meetings, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with assigned bank branches.
- Drive life insurance sales through the banca channel.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate leads through bank branch referrals and customer interactions.
- Conduct joint sales calls with bank relationship managers and branch staff.
- Identify customers' financial protection and investment needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
- Organize branch-level sales campaigns, customer awareness programs, and lead generation activities.
- Train and motivate bank employees on life insurance products, sales processes, and regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure timely issuance of policies and provide post-sales support to customers.
- Monitor branch-wise business performance and prepare MIS reports.
- Maintain compliance with IRDAI regulations and company policies.
- Resolve customer and branch queries promptly to ensure a smooth sales experience.
- Build long-term relationships with bank officials to maximize business opportunities.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 1 5 years of experience in Life Insurance, Bancassurance, Banking, CASA, or Financial Services sales.
- Experience in managing bank relationships will be an added advantage.
- Valid IRDAI certification (if applicable) is preferred.
