About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Generating leads
2. Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
3. Negotiating contracts with prospective clients.
4. Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
5. Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
6. Giving sales presentations to prospective clients.
7. Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
8. Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
9. Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
10. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the implementation process.
11. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities
12. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
13. Identify, engage, and close enterprise corporate clients, including SMEs, large corporations, and multinational companies.
14. Build a robust sales pipeline through direct outreach, referrals, partnerships, and channel networks.
15. Conduct market research and territory mapping to identify recent business opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
16. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue.
17. Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, HR, Admin, MD).
18. Provide training, support,



and documentation to stakeholders
