About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Execute the sales plan by performing cold outreach activities such as sending targeted cold emails and managing ongoing email marketing campaigns, searching for and identifying relevant leads through various social media channels, making outbound cold calls to prospects, and keeping detailed, up-to-date sales records to track progress and follow-ups.
2. Coordinate regularly with the senior team to understand, align with, and support the weekly sales plan and the broader monthly objectives, ensuring that individual activities contribute to team goals and that any changes or priorities are communicated and implemented.
3. Maintain an accurate and well-organized CRM by logging interactions, updating lead and customer information, tracking the status of opportunities, and ensuring data quality, so the sales pipeline remains reliable and actionable.
4. Consistently make progressive, focused efforts toward achieving sales targets by following the defined plan, refining outreach based on results, prioritizing high-potential leads, and demonstrating ongoing commitment to meeting or exceeding assigned goals.

Candidates should possess robust Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build positive relationships and respond to client needs effectively.

Candidates should possess clear and professional English Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and internal teams.





Candidates should possess basic Sales skills, including understanding sales processes, lead follow-up, and support in closing deals.

Candidates should possess solid Organisation Skills to manage schedules, documentation, and multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are beneficial.

Proficiency with office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email) and familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous.

Ability to work in a hybrid setting, manage time effectively, and collaborate with colleagues across locations.

Prior experience in an entry-level sales, administrative, or customer support role is an added advantage.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 2 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,500 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,00,000 /year
