Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional programs, and drive business execution across the organization.

This role requires exceptional analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, stakeholder management, and the ability to execute complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with senior leadership to deliver initiatives that directly influence business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of strategic programs and cross-functional projects.
- Drive business-critical initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with Operations, Product, Recruitment, Finance, and Leadership teams.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and execution roadmaps.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
- Track program performance through dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
- Manage stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of project objectives.




- Identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure seamless program execution.
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, and leadership updates.
- Develop SOPs, workflows, and operational frameworks to improve efficiency.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an IIT or IIM is mandatory.
- 3–6 years of experience in Program Management, Strategy, Business Operations, Consulting, Project Management, or related roles.
- Candidates must demonstrate exceptional analytical ability, leadership potential, and strong execution skills.

Preferred Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
- High ownership and execution-oriented mindset.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
- Experience working in startups, consulting, or high-growth environments is preferred.
