Job Description

Role: Open Text VIM Consultant
Experience: 4-10 Years

Location: Kolkata

Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support Open Text Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions.
- Design and maintain invoice processing workflows, approval processes, and exception handling.
- Integrate Open Text VIM with SAP FI, MM, and S/4HANA environments.
- Configure and troubleshoot VIM, Archive Server, and OCR/ICC/BCC components.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend process improvements.
- Support production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, deployment, and end-user training.

Required Skills





- Strong hands-on experience with Open Text VIM implementation and support.
- Good understanding of SAP FI/MM and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Experience with VIM workflows, document processing, and exception management.
- Knowledge of SAP Business Workflow and invoice lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Basic ABAP debugging and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Open Text ICC/BCC.
- Exposure to SAP Fiori applications.
- Knowledge of Open Text Extended ECM and Archive Server.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
