- Maintain and update existing software components to improve reliability and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Now IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in customizing and extending IT service management platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within ITSM environments.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and integration techniques relevant to Service Now.
- Understanding of best practices for software design, testing, and deployment.
