seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as
Airport Ground Staff. As a member of the ground staff, you will be
responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers while
they are on the ground. You will also be responsible for
coordinating and managing the ground operations of incoming and

outgoing flights. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers

upon their arrival at the airport - Check-in passengers and their
luggage - Provide information and assistance to passengers
regarding flight schedules, delays, and other important information

- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers while they are on the

ground - Coordinate and manage the ground operations of incoming
and outgoing flights - Work closely with other ground staff, pilots, and airline crew to ensure smooth and efficient operations

- Handle passenger inquiries and complaints in a professional and

timely manner - Perform security checks and adhere to all safety
protocols - Assist in the boarding and deplaning process - Handle




baggage and cargo loading and unloading - Maintain accurate records
and reports of all ground operations - Follow all company policies
and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment

Requirements: - Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent -

Previous experience in customer service or the aviation industry is
preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong
problem-solving and decision-making skills - Must be able to work
flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays -
Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects - Must be able to
pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances -
Fluency in English and knowledge of other languages is a plus We
