In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers at the airport, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding, and arrival areas
- Handle passenger inquiries and provide accurate information about flight schedules, baggage allowances, and other airport services
- Process passenger tickets and check-in luggage
- Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations at all times
- Assist passengers with special needs or disabilities
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery




- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or the aviation industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift and move heavy luggage
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
