About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Junior IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to support our growing team.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and screen potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Understand job requirements and create effective Job postings.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.




- Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top IT talent.

Requirements:

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Knowledge of various sourcing techniques.
- Understanding of IT job roles, technologies, and recruitment processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple job openings.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
