innovation across the organization. We are looking for a passionate
and forward-thinking AI Solution Engineer to join our Shared
Service Center in Kochi, India. You will design, develop, and
implement AI-powered business solutions that solve real business
challenges and create measurable value. In this role, you will work
closely with business stakeholders, Data Engineers, Power Platform
Engineers, software developers, and technology partners to identify
opportunities, build scalable AI solutions, and integrate AI

capabilities into enterprise applications and business processes.

You'll play a key role in shaping our enterprise AI platform and

helping transform innovative ideas into production-ready solutions.

What You'll Do As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will: Design, develop, and implement AI and Generative AI solutions that improve

business processes,



automate workflows, and enhance
decision-making. Build scalable AI applications using cloud AI
services, Large Language Models (LLMs), enterprise data platforms, and Microsoft AI technologies. Develop AI-powered assistants, copilots, intelligent search solutions, and knowledge management
applications. Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation
(RAG) architectures, prompt engineering strategies, semantic search
capabilities, and vector database solutions. Build AI agents and
agentic workflows that automate business tasks and improve
operational efficiency. Develop secure APIs and integration

patterns connecting AI solutions with ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and other enterprise systems. Collaborate with

business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver

high-value AI use cases. Create reusable AI components, frameworks, and development standards that accelerate enterprise AI adoption.
Monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI solution performance, quality, security, and cost. Stay current with emerging AI technologies and
recommend creative opportunities that support Consilium's digital
transformation. About You We're looking for someone who combines
technical expertise with curiosity, creativity, and a passion for
building practical AI solutions that deliver business value. You
have: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience
in software engineering, AI engineering, solution development, data

engineering, or similar technology roles. Experience with one or

more programming languages such as Python, Java Script,



Type Script, or Power Fx. Hands-on experience designing, developing, and
deploying AI or Generative AI solutions in enterprise environments.
Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and enterprise
AI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, OpenAI

Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or similar technologies.

Practical experience with prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented

Generation (RAG), semantic search, vector databases, embeddings, and AI orchestration frameworks. Experience building AI-powered
applications, copilots, intelligent automation solutions, chatbots, or knowledge assistants. Familiarity with Azure services, REST
APIs, cloud-native application development, and modern software
engineering practices. Understanding of AI governance, responsible
AI principles, security, and data privacy considerations. Strong
analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience
