Plantaeroot is looking for a proactive and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure smooth inventory management and order fulfillment for our growing online plant nursery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse operations and supervise warehouse staff.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and customer support teams.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment with minimal errors.
- Monitor warehouse cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Generate inventory and warehouse performance reports.
- Optimize warehouse processes to improve productivity and reduce losses.
Requirements:
- 25 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
- Good knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and manage a team.
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or logistics is preferred.
