One of the most critical roles is that of a process associates who mentor/guide the associates towards ensuring meeting the customer expectation by following our standard work practice keeping safety & quality in mind. Key job responsibilitieso Daily Management of shift:o Administrative management of associateso Job allocation to associateso Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality and safety.o Monitor status of counts and problem solve queueso Responsible for shift quality and associated action planso Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associateso Conduct a 4M and 5S audit for the respective work stations on a daily basiso Stand-in for Area ManagerAs a frontline leader, to understand the ground reality, you will be expected to work with and help associates,



which may occasionally include safely lifting heavier items and shipments with required support.Work requires the leader to go where value is being created in the operations which involve walking and standing.Regular bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head, with tools provided to support these requirements.We have a 5-day work week but given the 7 days a week operation, the 2 scheduled days off will vary based on shift patterns and business needs.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience- High school or equivalent- Work a adaptable schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as requiredPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:- 1+ years of Amazon Amnesty Floor Monitoring experienceOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
