Job Description Job Title : Creative Director - 2D N n Location: Mandi House, Delhi N n About the Role NWe are looking for a highly experienced Creative Director – 2D with 12–15 years of experience in advertising, branding, integrated marketing, or communication agencies. The ideal candidate will lead the agency's 2D creative function. N n Key Responsibilities Nn Lead the conceptualization and execution of 2D creative campaigns across print, digital, social media, branding, and integrated communication. N Translate client briefsinto compelling creative concepts and visual communication. N Oversee the design teamto ensure creative excellence, consistency, and timely delivery. N Collaborate with clientservicing, strategy, content, and digital teams to develop impactful campaigns. N Review and approve creative outputs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives. N Present creative ideas and campaign concepts to clients and senior stakeholders.



N Mentor and guide designers while fostering a culture of creativity and innovation. N Stay updated with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging creative technologies. Nn n Requirements Nn 12–15 years ofexperience in advertising, branding, or integrated communication agencies. N Solid portfolio showcasing 2D creative work across print, digital, branding, and social media. N Experience handling public sector projects will be preferred. N Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and visual storytelling. N Proven experience leading creative teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. N Excellent presentation,communication, and leadership skills. Nn
